My services was suspended and Ive been trying to get help telephonically and on the app the whole day without being helped. I phoned again, pressed for a wholw different department and ended up chattjng to Chanté. She helped me although it was not her department. She even offered to ohone me back so that I did not have to use all my airtime. She helped me with a positive attitude. She is a great asset to the company. What an awesome experience I had with her.
