I dont know where to start with this review.... The app is useless, Customer care CHAT via the website or App has such terrible people skills that I am asked "what do you want in the account" when you want to change your banking details. Totally unacceptable. I am a customer and pay for my service. If I want to update my details for my debit order why is it so difficult to be assisted in a respectful manner. MWEB needs to serious look at improving not only the Service but get Staff that are respectful and have some work ethics. I cannot wait for October so that i can move to a more professional service provider. Such terrible service for the price you pay for internet.
