CCD Couriers worst delivery service EVER.
CCD Couriers worst delivery service EVER. Driver arrived 40 minutes late and has an attitude of note. He then refused to accept proof of address.

10 Oct 2019, 10:36i just spoke to you consultant on the phone. He does not understand the concept of the customer would like this to be escalated to the CEO as this is not stipulated in your terms and conditions and he tells me straight out that he will not escalate this to the CEO.
