Capped - Uncapped
I feel done in. Paying for a 4Gig Uncapped line, downloaded some movies, then my line got Throttled (capped in my words) but according to the gent from Mweb that is not capped, but throttled?? Asked where it states in the Terms and Conditions that you can not exceed 156GB over a 30 days period \no answer from him". It is like buying a sports car and only when driving off they tell you that you can not exceed 120km/h?? I then posed the question: What happened to my other gigs from the last 2 years that I paid for and never went over he had no answer. But the one month I exceed then you cap (throttle) me? this was not explained to me the day I signed up for the contract!!! Mweb"
