Capped does not mean "stop when I reach my limit"

Terrible response from Mweb who billed me almost 10x as much as my monthly "limited" contract - apparently "capped" does not mean "limited to". They did not consider any reasonability or credit, nor did they care that I am an unhappy customer - they simply suggested I give them 1 month notice.

Very vague "matter is closed" from their side. Doesn't assist me, I'm still unhappy, they did absolutely nothing to try and attend to my concerns. MWeb takes no responsibility on behalf of their customers - they could have at least tried to speak to the service provider. They do not protect the interests of their customers. They do not understand that exceeding monthly costs by 10x is not reasonable. As is with majority of big companies in South Africa - their small customers are merely a source of income, nothing more.
