Can't wait to switch to another service provider

The problem with Mweb as service provider for fibre is that any problem with your fibre line (which may be caused by one of their partners, Evotel or Vumatel) needs to be routed through Mweb. You cannot contact these entities directly. This means long (and frequent) phone calls where it is not uncommon to be nr 32 in line when you get through. I would recommend a company like Cool Ideas for your internet connectivity needs. I am locked into contracts at the moment but as they expire I will be moving away.
