Can't wait to get out!

"I joined MWEB approximately four months ago, enticed by their promotional offer. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. Here are the key issues I've encountered:

Excessive Hold Times: Whenever I've needed assistance, I've had to endure long hold times, only to receive no new or helpful information.

Inconsistent App Updates: The MWEB app fails to accurately reflect the current status of my installation, causing confusion and frustration.

Difficult Premises Transition: I recently relocated, expecting MWEB to make the transition smoother given their offering to assist their clients with moving their fibre. However, it's been 11 days. I spoke to one of the MWEB agents who told me he waited two weeks for his installation - WAIT, WHAT? Anyway, I still have no internet connection and did I mention I had to pay R1750 to have a new fibre line installed because the one on the premises was damaged. Recently I've had to find alternative means to work from home and keep my family connected which was extremely costly.

Broken Promises: A MWEB sales agent promised to call me back at 13:30, about an hour after our conversation, but it's now been 24 hours, and I've received no callback.

Cancellation Fees: When I inquired about canceling my subscription, I was promptly reminded of a hefty cancellation fee of nearly R2500. I'm currently a miserable customer and am trapped with no viable escape.

Dealing with such poor service is truly disheartening, and I eagerly await the end of my 12-month contract so that I can explore other options."
