Cant reach anyone for assistance

For an internet solutions company, getting hold of anyone is like pulling teeth. My connectivity has been atrocious the last few weeks and every attempt to contact MWEB either runs my airtime out or randomly disconnects me. When I try to contact via the app..the supposed "OTP" i need to enter in order to access my profile never ever comes through to my mobile, even though the number is correct on my details saved with them. I tried the Chat function....ended up waiting 15 minutes plus before getting cut off and STILL was not able to connect to anyone for assistance. I work from home and my connectivity is crucial for my daily work..the last few weeks have been frustrating to say the least and expensive as I needed to Hotspot my mobile for most days even after turning every other connected device off. I understand that sometimes internet connectivity can be bad...but when you can't reach your service provider...that makes the experience 1000 times worse.
