Can’t log fault with Mweb

It is nearly impossible to log faults with mweb. Their app has an error when logging a query. I can’t login to their website it says my account is inactive and the call centre IVR gets stuck on confirming your ID or cell number. When you do finally get a query logged it takes 5 days to get a response. This is convenient for them because I can’t even get hold of them to cancel and move to a better ISP
