cant get through to an agent

What a hassle as a paying client. i can't get through to mweb. I've been trying to call the whole week because I'm moving home.... The OTP PINS never comes through to my phone number that is registered so I can proceed with the call. I'm frustrated as I cannot get through the app. It doesn't allow me to register or anything.

Wowww this place sucks they dont even have a call back system.
