Can’t get hold of mweb when one is in a crisis

Mweb is hard to get hold of. All the phone numbers they give blocks me out. Either there system is faulty or they have blocked me which would be bazaar. My son ordered mweb online beginning January I phoned mweb got through to a chad who called my son back and apparently all was sorted. Nope nothing has been sorted hence me trying to call again the *** number and as soon as it answers it cuts me off and so does their other 2 numbers I don’t have Facebook neither twitter and they don’t even have a decent emailing address nor proper landlines. I don’t know how to log into my account because their system is really bazaar so please people don’t go with mweb. Go with rocketnet or cellc or anyone else because they not a company you can contact easily. They don’t get back to a person and have not even followed up with my son and they just put my account up without any notification thereof. Really pathetic
