Can't get hold of Mweb when needed
I tried calling Mweb various times but can't get hold of them. I also tried other methods of contacting them but to no avail. I'm so frustrated because I don't know what to do I recently lost my work and want to ask Mweb if I can get a discount on my fibre connection, as I can't cancel it now because my 2 kids are in grade 12 and they need it for research. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. And just need some assistance from Mweb
