Can't get hold of billing!!!!

Been trying to change my debit order details for over two weeks now as I need to close my bank account. All my other debit orders were done so easily. I wait between 1-2hrs on a call, everything needs to be uploaded on the live chat platform which keeps kicking you out!

After sending everything in which took several attempts over a few days I was told they have sent it to admin and it will be changed.

To my surprise end of the month the debit still came off my old account.
