Can't get help or anybody picking up the phone

Got email my line is active however it did not work, called Friday Held on for over 20min nobody picked up the phone, Saturday one in line over 26min nobody picked up the phone, tried different mweb numbers with no success, tried life chat 3 times no reply, worsed service ever. Would not recommend mweb.
