Cant access account as OTP not functioning

Need to access my account and need a OTP which doesnt come. Phone support for help and I need the F.... OTP again.

So now cant access my account or get help. WFT MWEB have an option / fix your SMS OTP as my phone is receiving SMS just not yours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
