Cannot Make Contact, Just Machines No People.

Made an inquiry about Fibre but now I am getting information on installations. Wanting to cancel but all I get is long phone calls following voice prompts with no success. Also after following voice prompts for someone to contact no contact was made or no reply back on the Email. No personal touch just machine driven. Please cancel my installation as my if you email system keeps saying server is down over the last three days. My username or code/reference is ***9.
