Cannot get through to a service technician

I have a problem with the extender supp**** with the router and tried calling the support centre on at least three occasions. The call is in a queue and each time I hung up after holding on for about 30 minutes.<br> <br> I also decided the visit the MWEB store, but the technical person in the store doesn't work on weekends, so I assume I have to take time off work during the week to try and resolve the problem with the extender/repeater.
