Cannot get hold of Mweb Service help desk

My internet stopped working yesterday on 29th February in the evening, I called in the morning while at work and I was told I need to be home so they can troubleshoot and refused to send a technician before they could do that. I was told the call centre closes at 8pm so I called and 6pm and to my surprise got a voicemail on the line saying “due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot answer your call” so Mweb pls tell me what must happen if I cannot get hold of you
