Cannot get hold of MWeb by phone or e-mail

I app**** for a fibre line om 6th June. Still haven't been told when the installation will take place. AND the WORST thing is that you can't get hold of MWeb - their phone just rings and rings (15+ minutes and still not answered - gave up :(

Also tried the "call-back" option a good few times. Still waiting ........... and waiting ........ Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Service
