Cannot get account cancelled....

I was contacted by Mweb, offering a Telkom LTE Router. I cancelled the order when nobody could confirm when and where the router would be delivered - to my home or work address. I called Sales, who did not pick up - after numerous attempts - I messaged them via Facebook messenger - and got this reference number: MWB***1 - I then arranged to have Wifi installed by a different provider. The Router was NOT delivered to myself, and I have never received any signal or other service from MWeb. However, I did get a statement indicating that the router had been delivered to me on the 31st of October, which is not true. If any debit order goes through, I will decline it, and cannot be held responsible for any bad payment record. If anyone works at MWEB, it would be nice to hear from them, and receive a confirmation that my account has been cancelled, since it should not exist in the first place.
