Cannot even get Fibre right.

I have signed up with Mweb and they sent out Vumatel to do the installation. They cannot even find on their system that Vumatel was out and now they saying there is an issue with the line and I have asked for a manager to call me back many times and still have not received a callback.

I spoke to Jordon Lootz for promised me a callback and then Sphesihle and now Saziso will escalate the matter.

No one is willing to take any ownership of the issue.

The Service at mweb is shocking to say the least.
