Cannot connect extender & mweb don't answer the phone

After waiting for nearly an hour for my call to be answered, the (very pleasant) technician said he'd fixed the problem. We still cannot connect to our extender and have also lost 5G connectivity. I've been on an online chat for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to chat with me. Their communications are terrible. I was assisting a friend. Thank goodness I don't use them. I will not recommend them. They need more technical support.
