Cannot complete a simple request

This is just pathetic. Over a week to create a simple mailbox. This on a business account. Cannot care to come back to customers. One response on twitter, that was not even the least helpful. Cannot care to even answer the phones when phoning the call center. This is not the first time either. I cannot believe the horrible service we get from a once reputable company. But like everything in this country, another one has gone to the dogs!
