Cannot cancel a line with Mweb

I have been trying to cancel since February. They have for the last few days stopped service origin but the debits still go off my account.

Impossible to get through to them and logged queries on their site are unanswered. Surely the number of complaints I have seen on this and other forums warrants an investigation.
