Cannot access email, Mweb unreachable

I am travelling overseas and have not been able to access my email on my iphone since 24/6. According to their website this has been resolved by clearing caches and cookies. I have done this repeatedly with no result. Contacting them is proving to be impossible. This is a nightmare and I will still be travelling for quite some time.
