Cancelling Subscription
Mweb, what a way to get my blood boiling. After cancelling my ISP on the 10th of May `15, I was suppose to get a refund from the remainder of my payment made end April. Yet, I have to pay for June as well (adding another calendar month for cancellation) Lets charge people for something that they don't belong to, or make use of service since the 10th of May. You could not give me the internet speeds that I desired, and now by the sound of it, you are hard up for money as well. I hope you are feeling good about yourself, as you love to take money from people even though thy don't belong to you for more than 2 months now.<br> <br> Thank goodness I cancelled, as you are turning out to be the worst ISP provider in SA. Keep your money, but know word of mouth is a powerful tool. I will be telling people of the immoral standards that you are adhering to. Thank you for not regretting my decision to cancel my service.
