CANCELLING ACCOUNT

We CANCELLED our account 3 years back through the right channels. A year ago we received smses saying we owed money. We had to pay Attorneys that MWEB used to "settle" this "outstanding" amount. A year later our contract is still NOT CANCELLED and we are AGAIN receiving smses regarding outstanding money. For goodness sake can MWEB just get their ducks in a row and sort this nonsense out and CANCEL this account as AGREED 3 YEARS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
