Cancelled Product

I have been with MWEB for 8 months and had slow internet speeds and eventually had enough and cancelled. It has been hours with me been on the phone getting my line released. I was told by over 5 staff it has been released then i go Frog Foot and they tell me that MWEB still has the line. I don't think the staff even know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend MWEB for anyone to use.
