Cancelled Contract, 3 months later still debit order not cancelled

I cancelled my contract in June, this company is STILL trying to debit my account, i have contacted them numerous times to get them to do their job. I am sick of these service providers total disregard for their customers.

Note: I get charged every time I have to reverse this debit order.
