Cancelled Application appears out of no where!

Last year October / November I had cancelled my new application before installation and didnot receive a new router as it was canceled. Received an sms stating that a technician will come in to install a router today and the service was active! How can this be if the application was cancelled? i cannot get through to your accounts or technical departments at all! Kindly contact me Urgently as i already have Home internet with another service provider!!!!!!!!
