Cancellation of service requet
I cancelled the service but is just flat ignored. Got an email to confirm cancellation, but still not cancelled. There service is just pathetic. When using the Live chat nobody connects to handle the support call. Phoned them and said it will take 20 min to get help, but now waiting for more than 30 min. Eventually got through just to tell me they have a backlog on their cancellations. Real Pathetic service. This is the reason I cancel as their support is pathetic
