Cancellation of Mweb service

Been trying to contact them for 2 months to cancel my subscription. The email addresses bounce back, when i phone, i get automated voice telling me " due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to take your call" at my wit's end. How do we cancel....maybe someone from mweb will contact me now.....
