Cancellation of MWEB contract ***
Cancel my contract please it is ridiculous that you make it so hard to cancel a month to month contract. Stop taking my money please. I'm not using the service I don't want a better deal just cancel it. I don't want to be contacted by a person asking me questions of why I want to cancel. Also it is false advertising to say that you can cancel the contract online.<br> [URL Removed]<br> Step 3 is just one big steaming pile of lies. Please don't advertise that something is possible when it is not.

As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant, this matter has now been addressed.
He confirmed that your account is scheduled to cancel at the end of the month.
he also explained that in order to cancel the account online you will need to sign in with your primary MWEB email address.
