Cancellation nearly IMPOSSIBLE

I had 3 account with them over the past 10 years or more. I'm struggling to get the last account to cancel. I did a cancellation on their website but they simply opened a new subscription for an email account I don't want and and now I can't cancel within a year. How does that work I cancelled after 10 years and now I still have to pay them R59 @ month for another 12 months this is ********.
