Cancellation Is A Nightmare And Half

Absolutely terrible service from these guys.

Tell me why i had to be contacted by debt collectors TODAY because apparently they have a 1 month notice cancellation policy after I had requested cancellation on March 6 and was assured that the request would be resolved if i had settled the outstanding amount.

No communication was given regarding this 1 month notice period and their services haven't been connected all of 2025 but they still wanted to bill me, and I have STRUGGLED to cancel their packages.
