Cancellation due to pathetic service!

I am fed up with Mweb, we have been struggling for WEEKS now! This is ridiculous, seems like no one can do their work. Not even managers, this is a disgrace.

We are trying to cancel, but even something so simple can not be done. Hundreds and hundreds rand of airtime have been completely wasted as we don't even get through to the so called agents. I cannot struggle like this anymore.
