Cancellation

The sales person who initially was supposed to do my upgrade, from a 2 meg line to a 4 meg line, told me that once the upgrade happens and because my data is high, that I will automatically be throttled. She went on to say that I will be throttled from 4 meg to no less then 1 meg. The upgrade has happened and I don't even get 400kb. It takes forever to browse the Internet. My wife can't even submit her assignments properly. I would love for mweb to cancel my contract because I feel that I will get a better service elsewhere.
