Cancellation
I have just been told by Mweb that I have to give one calendar months notice to cancel my contract.<br> <br> When they sign you up , they do that immediately. No admin issues.<br> They also take your money in advance. no problems<br> <br> I think its unfair that I have to wait almost 2 months now for them to cancel my contact and move it to telkom.<br> The debit orders will only be processed later on this month by their bank . More than enough time to sort out admin issues.
