Cancell service impossibility

I would like to cancel my email address, having emigrated to Australia. To do that it seems I need to call the call centre. There is no possibility of doing this by email as there are NO email contact numbers nor means of submitting a written case for problems. I am NOT going to call the call centre from Australia and wait for 30 minutes to be answered! In the meantime, I am getting monthly invoices for the service I don't want. Please, will Mweb assist me!
