Cancelation of my subscription

I have been trying to get hold of MWEB for 2 years now. Their offices in N1City has closed and their telephone just rings. Today I got hold of them, I had to use the Sales option to be put through to cancelations. The agent that put me through to cancelations let me hang on the phone for 10 mins. Usually music plays while you wait, vut evwn the muaic were shut down. Eventually I got tired and put the phone down. I tried again to no avail, the operator kept saying they have a high volume of calls, yor yet another 10 mins.

I'm disappointed in their services. I've been a faithful and on time paying customer for more than 5 years. I wonder how many of us have been through this.
