Cancelation Mweb fee

Mweb offers the worst service. When calling for cancelation, they prolonged the conversation asking why I want to cancel and if I'm moving to a other service provider. I then explained that I am canceling due to the fact I've found a better service provider . I asked if there was anything I had to do. The guy said I have to pay an cancelation fee . Which I don't understand because I've never heard of someone paying cancelation before by them.
