CANCEL THE ORDER

I placed a fibre order online and I received a message that an agent will contact me within 48 hours. I have not been contacted by anyone from Mweb and now I want to cancel as I want to get another ISP. Upon calling Mweb, I was transferred from one department to another with direction of how to cancel the order. All I wanted was to cancel ... now I cannot get another ISP because no one at Mweb knows how to cancel the order.
