cancel the Mweb product

When i signed up for fibre stream product i never signed a deal with mweb.i have been with fibre stream for a very long time,since last of last year and i never had problems.Since 01MAY2023 i have experienced difficulties because mweb and fibre stream did their own thing without informing me about it.I'm still experiencing difficulties with Mweb,i have called them multiple times,wasting my time and airtime because I'm always caller number 39 or 30.Their communication skills are VERY BAD.I have send multiple Emails to the emails that they had send me on an sms but i never received feedback.i dont even want to rate them because they aren't even that one star worth.They simply don't care about their customers or complaints.i have really tried with them but i cant anymore.all i wanted was for them to cancel the things they did without my consent.Worst of all they will not even call you back when your airtime finished,they will leave everything just like that.
