Cancel the debit on my account immediately

I have emailed Mweb multiple times to cancel the debit order on my account!!!

I paid my WiFi on the 25 of April yet Mweb still debited my account and now I have to pay for the reversal charges!!

This is ridiculous! Cancel the debit order immediately
