Cancel my order, your service stinks!!!!

Really Mweb?? The way you treat new customers is appalling!!!!! I created an account yesterday. Could not contact you via your website, your query function does not work. Phoned three times this morning to your sales number and another number. You do not even have an email address!!! Are you scared about all the queries you will get??? I wanted to upgrade to uncap but found out, lucky for me, that it is impossible to get hold of you. You gobble up my airtime, one would think a big company would at least have a toll free number!!!! So thanks, but no thanks, cancel my order, I am not prepared to battle like this everytime there are problems in future.
