Cancel my contract

I have cancelled my contract with Mweb and they keep debiting me. The last consultant I spoke with is the worst in the history of service. I have sent my cancellation twice. I keep telling them there was a misunderstanding with the first cancellation but the consultant would not even listen to the conversation I have had with the first consultant. They have debited me 1074 three times now, for a service I am not using. Cancel the contract and stop debiting me. I DO NOT USE YOUR SERVICE.
