Cancel my account immediately please

I've been with Mweb now for quite some time but you guys just keep on disappointing me. 3 months ago I was billed for something I dont know. I immediately called and was told I subscribed to something online strange thing is why is mweb billing me? Im supposed to get an OTP if I add anything on my account and because I didnt want to keep on going back and forth I paid. Second month it happens again, I call and Im told its billed in arears thats why Im billed again. I agreed to pay again but didnt pay it decided to look at my statement this month to see if I will be billed again guess what 3rd month Im being billed again. Please cancel my whole account immediately. I will not continue paying for something I dont know about.
