Cancel fibre installation - Ref MWB***7

I tried for days now to cancel my fibre order with MWEB. I wrote a review on Hellopeter, but nobody contacted me or even rep**** on the review. I contacted the head office on the 15th of July 2021 after I could not get any help from their call centre. Received a reference no MWB***7 from Phefile. I tried again on the 19th to get hold of them, but no luck. The order on the internet show that nothing has been done yet. I officially give notice to MWEB now on Hellopeter to tell them to cancel my order.
