Can Mweb actually provide the service advertised?

I am very disappointed in Mweb. They advertise moving your internet connection when moving homes as easy. My new place already has fibre installed, but half a month after the order was place I am yet to be provided with an internet service. I've spent 90 minutes on the line, wasting about R140 airtime (not to mention the mobile data used during this wait), and still I cannot be told when I will have internet access. Promises of the issue being "escalated" are thrown around, but this means little to the customer. My suggestion to Mweb customers is to not rely on Mweb being punctual, and to procure an alternative short term internet source.
