Calling Mweb

Please is there anyone alive at Mweb, or are there just machines? I have been trying for a week now to contact you to come and move my fiber from one building to another. Multiple times I have been told to wait for a pin message that never comes. On the 2 occasions I received a pin the site just buffers and I am right next to my router. Please answer me!!!!
